How the process works
Zhenxiong's project engineers will lead you through a series of activities, including collecting and evaluating relevant data and identifying key points, such as: operational efficiency, energy conservation and energy management,
mold standards, machine layout, plant operating procedures, production monitoring systems, process infrastructure and automation.
By adopting a structured approach consisting of multiple assessment worksheets and activity lists, zhenxiong team can obtain objective quantitative and qualitative evaluations of the business and the factory.
Qualitative data on factory performance, such as overall equipment efficiency (OEE) and scrap rate, are calculated from collected data.
Qualitative data such as safety, infrastructure, environment and equipment status are evaluated according to the observation and experience of zhenxiong optimization team.
Production consultants and project engineers from zhenxiong will spend a week meeting with key personnel in the factory to assess and analyze current processes and operations, compare indicators with performance standards,
