1. After receiving the official offer letter from the administration department, the staff shall make the registration at the appointed time. If the registration is delayed due to special reasons, the administrative department should be informed in advance. If there are no other special reasons, but no prior notice, the overdue will not be dealt with.
2. Please fill in the Employee Registration Form carefully according to the requirements of the company, and do not fill in or make false statements. The personnel department will set up a personal file according to the information filled in by the employee, and the employee birthday will be held.
3.Submit the following documents to administration department:
a. a copy of personal information .
b. a copy of relevant education and qualification certificate.
c, a copy of the citizen’s ID card.
d. Two bareheaded photos.
e.A physical examination report from a regular mational hospital
4.The administration department will lead new staff to arrange dormitory and other issues after receiving the above information.
5.After new employees are properly settled, the administration department shall arrange time and place for pre-job training for new employees, including the company profile, factory rules and regulations, policy , safety, 5S, quality awareness and other contents, and the time shall be one day.
7.After the training, the new employees will be passed the oral or written examination, the factory certificate will be distributed and taken to the employing department the next day, and introduced to colleagues and department supervisors. The department supervisor authorize works and distribute work supplies;
8.From the date of the employee's employment, the general probation period is one to three months. According to the employee's personal performance, the department can give an audit in advance or extend the probation period. The minimum probation period is no less than month and the maximum probation period is no more than three months.
9.Employees who resign within seven days after entry (professional knowledge training and learning) will not be paid. Employees who have been on duty for more than one month (including one month) will be paid salary if they have handled the resignation procedures correctly.
10.During the probation period, the company and the employee can select in bi-direction . The company does not need any explanation to dismiss the employee, but it must be the person appointed by the company to dismiss (for special cases).
