1. Within 3 years from the date of shipment, the manifold, nozzle and temperature controller can be guaranteed free of charge for problems caused by materials or manufacturing process (non-human factors after technical appraisal). If problems are caused by other reasons after appraisal, relevant maintenance and material costs will be charged
2.Within one year from the date of shipment, if the heater or hotcoil is damaged due to normal use, our company can repair or replace it free of charge. If the heater or hotcoil is damaged due to improper operation or unauthorized disassembly and damage caused by wear or corrosive materials, relevant maintenance fees will be charged;
3.Within 1 year from the date of shipment, the parts of hot runner system (except for heater ,hotcoil) for any damage caused by human factors, our company will charge relevant maintenance fees for repair or replacement. We will conduct appraisal and audit on the damage degree of parts to further determine the maintenance fees, the relevant information can contact the responsible person of after-sales by phone.
4.During the warranty period of the product, without the consent of the seller, the buyer or the user shall not change the structure and purpose of the hot runner without authorization. It is not allowed to use one set of hot runner matching multiple sets of molds. If the above situation occurs, the free warranty service will automatically become invalid, and relevant fees will be charged for maintenance.
5.During the warranty period, without the consent of the seller, the buyer or the user is not allowed to ask for a third party hot runner company or other companies for hot runner maintenance. Once the above situation is found, the free warranty service will automatically become invalid.
6.The buyer or user is not allowed to deal with the after-sales personnel in cash or by means of transfer of accounts. All maintenance fees shall be subject to the company's after-sales quotation or after-sales service letter.
7.The warranty period of the product will not be changed due to the replacement or repair of any parts. The warranty period will still be calculated from the date of initial shipment, and the replacement or repair of parts will not be changed or extended due to this repair.
8.If there is any after-sales service, the customer must inform our company timely and be sure to specify the order number, drawing number or mold number, after-sales problems, required completion time, etc. If the product fails to be completed within the required time due to incomplete information, our company will not bear any loss.
